The makeup lesson policy can be tricky to get right!

The one we use at Mrs T’s is straightforward and generous.

To be eligible for a make up credit, 12 hours notice is required.

The quickest and easiest way to notify us and to book in your child’s make ups is via the Parent Portal. Make up credit will go against your child’s account and can be used for up to 70 days.  As I hope you can appreciate, I can’t grant a make-up for “no call / no shows”. A maximum of two active make up credits can be issued at any one time.

This policy is needed so that other families have adequate time to book in their own make ups - especially important for those busy sessions.   I do understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances so please get in contact if attendance has been an issue.
